Relays can also be upgraded to provide more power when staffed, and can get special Elerium Upgrade to further boost power output. They cost 80 Supplies, 3 Power and a monthly upkeep of 10 Supplies. The power relay increases how much power your Avenger has. It costs 115 Supplies and 3 power, plus a monthly upkeep of 35 Supplies. Potentially the strongest bonus of all, the A.W.C has a small chance to give soldiers a random skill when they level up. You can also use it to retrain soldier abilities. When staffed, it increases the rate your soldiers heal from wounds by 100%. Sharpshooter: Deadshot - Bonus 10% chance to critically hit enemies.Ranger: Hunter's Instinct - Attacks against flanked enemies deal +3 damage.Grenadier: Biggest Booms - Explosives can inflict critical damage.Specialist: Cool Under Pressure - Gain +10 Aim and the ability to critically hit when taking overwatch and reaction shots.Stay With Me - Soldiers will be more likely to bleed out than to die outright.Squad Size II - Increases the squad size to a maximum of 6.Integrated Warfare - PCS bonuses are significantly improved.Vengeance - If a squadmate dies or is critically wounded, gain random tactical bonuses for two turns.Wet Work - Soldiers gain +25% experience from kills.Lightning Strike - Units gain +3 mobility for the first 2 turns of battle, while the squad is in concealment.Squad Size 1 - Increases the size of your squad by 1.Vulture - Increases the amount of loot enemies drop by 1.These upgrades can be purchased at the Guerrilla Tactics School. This facility costs 85 Supplies and 3 Power, plus an upkeep of 25 Supplies per month. You can also use this facility to train Rookie soldiers into specific classes. The Guerrilla Tactics School allows you to purchase various squad based upgrades.
